The South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission issued the approved maximum weekly compensation rate at $963.37 for injuries arising on or after January 1, 2022. This information was obtained by the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce certifying the states average weekly wage.
The Commission has approved new mileage rate of 58.5 centers per mile for travel to and from medical appointments more than 10 miles round trip from your home as provided in Regulation 67-1601.
